Creamy Pasta with Asparagus Ribbons

What a fantastic idea to enjoy real pasta in a guilt-free way! This is how to bask in “non-diet” food while still keeping fit. Use the shaved asparagus ribbons as filler with the pasta so you don’t overdo it on the carbs. Doesn’t it look tasty? Additional ingredients include shallots, garlic and parmesan to makes this recipe a winner.

Healthy Sidenote Tip: I would skip the mascarpone ingredient altogether (creamy Italian cheese), and add a few extra shakes of parmesan instead. A splash of white cooking wine would also increase the splendidness. Happy eating!
